Terms
Plain terms for using Zipclay. Questions: [email protected].

Using Zipclay
Zipclay lets you make 3D models by describing them, change them, share them and remix models others have shared. You can try it without an account; saving, sharing and downloading need one. Keep your password safe, and use the service only if you are old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older, or the minimum age to use online services where you live if that is higher (16 in parts of the EU). Under 18, a parent or guardian must agree before you buy anything.
Your models
What you make is yours, as far as the law allows. If you share or publish a model, you let us host it, show it and render pictures and video of it. If you leave remixing on, others can make their own editable copy, with you credited. You can stop sharing or delete a model at any time; copies others already made or downloaded stay with them.
What you may not do
Do not upload or publish anything you have no right to use, anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, real people's likenesses without consent, or weapons intended to harm. Do not attack the service, or get around its limits. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules. Use Report on a model page to tell us about a problem, including a copyright complaint.
The content policy has the details, and how to report a model or send a copyright notice.
AI results
Models are made by AI and can be wrong, including their size and whether they will print. Check a model before you rely on it, and do not rely on a printed model for anything safety-critical.
Library models
Some models come from open collections and keep their original credit and licence. Those licences apply to your use of them, including any limit on commercial use.
Plans and prints
Free accounts have a monthly allowance. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel under Plan & billing. Prints are sold and made by independent print partners under their own terms.
No guarantee
Zipclay is provided as it is, and it may change or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continuing to use Zipclay means you accept them. See also the privacy page.
